Shopping Methods
1. Welcome to visit our company in person for shopping (please refer to the address at the bottom of this webpage).
2. Customers can choose to shop directly through our online system.
- 2.1 Please register as an RSO online user.
- 2.2 After logging in as a user, you can start selecting the products you need and add them to your shopping cart.
- 2.3 Before making a payment, please inquire via Whatsapp (+852 56633486) / Wechat (meigui-hk) to check if the items are in stock, to avoid situations where you make a payment but the items are not in stock.
- 2.4 Once you have confirmed that the items are in stock and completed your selection, you can proceed to checkout in your shopping cart and follow the checkout procedure.
- 2.5 Full payment is required for online payments.
- 2.6 Please ensure that the address you provide is accurate. After completing the checkout, your shopping cart will be emptied, and the system will automatically create a new order record.
- 2.7 After completing the payment, we will notify the customer of a successful order by email within 24 hours (excluding public holidays). The items will be shipped within 2 working days to the address provided by the customer, and the order status will be updated.
