Return Policy

Exchange Policies

  • To safeguard customer rights, when receiving goods, please open the package in the presence of the courier delivery personnel. Carefully check and verify the goods. If you find any discrepancies in the goods, quantity, or other issues that may affect the product's normal use and quality in relation to the receipt, please promptly inform the delivery personnel and refuse to accept the delivery in person. Otherwise, our company will not be responsible for any product issues.
  • In case of quality issues within seven days of receiving the goods (based on the signing date), provided that the product has not been used, please contact our company in advance by phone or email, informing us of your order number and the reason for the exchange. Send the product and receipt back to our store via courier, and once our personnel have inspected and confirmed that it meets the exchange conditions, we will process the exchange as soon as possible.
  • If a product is damaged or has functional issues that require an exchange, the customer must return the product (the postage is the customer's responsibility) or bring it to our store. After inspection and confirmation that it meets the return and exchange conditions, we will process the exchange as soon as possible. The postage incurred in returning the product will be covered by our company.
  • We do not accept exchanges requested by customers for subjective reasons, including not liking the product, sudden changes of mind, not needing the product, differences in size or color perception, and other subjective reasons.
  • In any case, our store does not provide refunds.
  • Customers are responsible for all postal, courier charges, and related online payment transaction fees incurred for exchanging products.
  • We cannot assist with exchanges in the following situations:
  1. Differences in color between web page images and actual products due to variations in screen resolutions on different computers and phones. Web page images are for reference only, and the color of the actual received product prevails. We do not accept returns or exchanges based on color differences caused by computer screens.
  2. Exceeding the exchange period.
  3. Improper use of the product, including exposure to excessive moisture, chemicals, gasoline, paint, detergents, solvents, cooking oil, excessive heat, and other factors.
  4. Returns and exchanges requested by customers for subjective reasons, including not liking the product, sudden changes of mind, not needing the product, and similar reasons.
  5. Product detachment, cracking due to external hard objects or internal wear and tear.
  6. Unauthorized repair, misuse, negligence, abuse, accidents, alterations to the product.
  7. Product damage due to exceeding its service life.
  8. Product damage due to improper washing.
  9. Product fading due to display reasons.
  10. Unkempt appearance of the product.
  11. Incomplete external packaging of the returned product, missing accessories and data, incomplete gifts.
  12. Products designated as special price items, which cannot be exchanged.
  13. All rackets strung by our company (excluding original strung rackets) or rackets with the transparent handle model removed.
  14. Products not sold by our company, receipts that are lost, altered, or damaged.
  15. Products that have been used.
  16. All special price/promotion/pre-order items are strictly non-returnable.

Product Warranty: Our company will handle warranties according to the instructions of the product's brand agent. If the product is damaged or has functional issues, our company must first contact the agent and cannot immediately confirm whether it can be exchanged.
